Claims organize incoming messages
Whether you are planning on adding multiple users to your Entrance workspace or not you may want to utilize the Claims system.
The claims system is what manages workflow for your users.
On accounts with multiple users Claims can either be switched on or off.
In a multi user workspace with claims disabled; incoming messages will be automatically evenly distributed and assigned to the users on that workspace.
The users on a given workspace will then have the ability to Claim messages (customers replies). Once a user claims a response - any conversion with that customer will only be visible to that user or the workspace admin.
